Born and raised on the coast, in beautiful Wilmington, NC. I grew up with a vicious sweet tooth that has led me to where I am today. With a love for all food, it has brought me to Charlotte. So far it has been 7 (WOW, 7) years here, and some days it still feels like my first week. After graduating from Johnson & Wales I went on a tremendous adventure (that’s what my mom called it after a bad day) around Charlotte. From working in numerous bakeries to now being employed by Johnson & Wales, it’s crazy to sit back and see where the wind has taken me, and continue to watch it carry me further.
